She licked her wounds and started again! - JH

MY BACKGROUND is in health and fitness. I started out as a fitness instructor and personal trainer part-time around a PA job for a Major in the armed forces. Married to a soldier at the time with two very young children and travelling with my then husband and children to different countries during his service, it was a good life. Eventually I went onto assessing, tutoring, coaching nutrition, alongside co-running yoga, wellness retreats before finally moving into General Management and Consulting. This career took me around the world, a career I enjoyed for 30 years with a few breaks here and there.

I've lost track of the times I've reinvented myself after divorce, trauma, illness and even poor judgement, all the things that would cause me to unravel. Thankfully through each fall from grace I have learnt and grown. One of these traumas happened to be the catalyst to the biggest change in my life, a change that would lead me to becoming a therapist and being available to help others.

Over the last six years I have qualified with Distinctions and High Merit's in the following:

Curative Hypnotherapy, Regression & Hypno-Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Meridian Psychotherapy, otherwise known as energy and tapping therapy. All this knowledge in these therapies and the experience of having practised them is also known as 'Integrated Therapy', I'm seen as a specialist in meeting the needs of my clients with different modalities.

I'm clairsentient by nature, I'm a therapist who reminds each individual that they matter. A therapist with a passion for educating and equipping clients with the necessary tools to assist in continued personal growth long after the sessions together have ended.
